Scammers are sending emails to users with ".edu" extensions. The subject lines typically relate to some sort of IRS tax refund that the user needs to claim. The recipient is then provided with a link where they are asked to contribute their personal, highly sensitive information. The website look legitimate, and it's becoming increasingly difficult for people to identify that they are fraudulent. Remember; the IRS will never initiate contact with you via email!
